The site of the project was land originally part of the Voi Sisal Estate. All titles have been registered and deeds issued to Voi Village Company Limited. The site’s advantages include;
- Water Access: From the Mzima springs with storage and auxiliary supply and storage possibilities from TTUC. The area is already supplied by a 6 inch pipe, with plans to increase capacity
- Electricity Access: The site has easy access to the national power grid.
- Easy access from multiple directions with proximity to major highways and a well planned network of access roads within the area.
